At Studio Mintelier, we want to make interior design approachable and help you transform your space just the way you need it. You might already have strong design ideas but need professional guidance to refine and implement; or you might be looking for comprehensive design solutions and hands-on support in all aspects from start to finish. Our collaborative approach helps discover your design personality and devise actionable plans that bring your vision to life.

1. Understanding your project

We listen and discuss in-depth about your practical needs, preferences, aspirations, budget parameters and timeline. We also carry out site surveys and work alongside your architects and other specialists on interior architecture and planning.

2. Defining your vision

We explore diverse inspirations to create mood boards, sketches and initial layouts to articulate the design direction. We continue to refine these ideas together until it feels just right and set the tone for further design development.

3. Design Development

We further develop the design with detailed technical drawings, visuals and presentations, covering everything from spatial layouts to bespoke joinery and finishes. This stage ensures all elements are meticulously planned, budgeted and ready for implementation.

4. Curation & Procurement

We handle sourcing and procurement of materials, finishes, furnishings and other unique pieces. We also take care of the communication with trusted suppliers and artisan craftsmen, ensuring every detail aligns with the design vision and ready for a smooth installation.

5. Project Co-ordination

We offer regular site visits and co-ordinate with the contractors, ensuring the installation follows our intend and troubleshooting along the way. Regular client updates give you peace of mind and any further support you may need.

6. Finishing touches

Once the installation is complete, we run final checks and style all furnishings, drapery, and accessories ready for your return to your newly refurbished home. Optional accessories packages add the final layer of personality to your space.
